The approach employed by the OEP will be one of collaboration that endeavors to maximize its effectiveness and outreach potential while minimizing the costs and risks for donors and sponsors.

• The OEP Partners: OEP is a partnership between EMF and Habitat Media.  Other partners will consist of individuals representing various environmental, stakeholder, scientific, public and grassroots nonprofit organizations that will guide the project, set its priorities and inform its content. The Partners will lend non-financial support to the projects overall fund raising efforts to help increase its visibility. The Partners' corresponding organizations will receive a stipend to cover the administrative costs of their contribution and efforts.
• OEP Project Administration: The administration and coordination of the OEP will be carried out by Environmental Media Fund.
